Bad product for computers and accessories

This is the second purchase of this product and failed both times. After using it for about a week, strange things started happening to me. At first, the printer just kept printing until the printer ran out of paper. Because of this, I had to cancel the print several times. Other times I would not print all of my data, in other words I would only print part of my page.
