Can be worn as a suit or casual outfit depending on work. Very fun to wear. I was worried about how I would take it off if I went to the bathroom at the club, but that wasn't a problem. It's a nice stretchy material. The neck does not hurt as it does not tie around the neck. The legs are a bit long for me but that's because I'm 5ft 1in tall so that's to be expected for me.
