I like how easy it is for my team of 3 writers, myself included! There's nothing we dislike about this software as far us writing our articles goes so that makes me feel great!! You get everything you need in one place which was key when creating an online service with limited resources at hand; however there are times where certain features could be added such as "social share" or maybe even have more choice options within templates (such has adding images). We've been able solve problems related specifically around search engine optimization through solving visitor issues/concerns in regards to their experience navigating websites they visit daily via answers provided from authors who live near them geographically but work remotely. I like that it is an easy way to get answers from our customers, as well as other users around the world. It helps us understand what they are looking for in order to improve our service offerings. There really isn't anything at this point that we dislike about the product or their customer support team! We use Frase to help with all of our online inquiries including; FAQ's, product knowledge articles, etc.
