Totally disappointed, product is terrible.

The general conclusion remained as follows: a headset for 7 thousand, without the possibility of surround sound. Just beautiful headphones. Sorry, but in games, any headphones for 500 will sound the same. Money down the drain.
All my PC peripherals are Razer and it's such an annoyance, I'm completely disappointed in this company. As soon as you purchase these headphones, you can safely realize that you will be left with nothing.

I bought headphones on 04/18/20 through the official Razer store, as soon as they brought me connected to the computer, but there was no surround sound in the game, I downloaded a special Razer surround program to achieve surround sound in games, but I needed a code. I went to the Razer ID website, where I registered the product, after registration, a code was supposed to be sent to the mail to activate surround sound during the day, 4 full days have passed since then, there was no code, and no, I wrote 04/19/20 in support to razer. Com, still no answer, they just ignore me. I called Razer 2022 support, they answered me that the code should have arrived within 24 hours and that if it is not there, they cannot help me in any way, since the codes are provided by Razer from America.

Got pros: Great headphones. The ears do not get tired after long rinks, the sound is chic in games and movies. These headphones are not suitable for music. Good microphone. Different cons: The music plays like it's in the soul. Not musical headphones from the word at all. If you can only listen to dupstep.

Has pros: Fabric ear pads. Aluminum headband. 50 mm speaker. Braided wire. Different cons: The wire is not removable. The sound is quiet. I didn't feel any cooling in my ears.

Pros: They sit well on the head, do not fall when you bend over, do not press. Decent bass, but would have liked better treble. Cons below: Terrible microphone. The volume control sometimes works so that the volume of the sound in the ears becomes different, you have to additionally twist it.
