I have taken supplements in the past and while they have helped the results have been very poor. The company says they have done thorough research into what ingredients they include in this product and it shows. The mango flavor makes it taste better than any other creatine I've tried in the past, and it's also the most effective. I will not buy any other creatine or HMB supplement unless made by this company (DNA).
