Great buy. Pros: Definitely good for sleeping. Also with helmet, skis and bike. It can be pulled off during sleep and used as an eye mask😉. The sound quality is perfect for podcasts. Once I figure it out, the electronics are easy to remove and wash the headband. In addition, it is easy to charge and holds a charge for quite a long time. I rode them all winter, long days. Cons: Since the control box is not flat to put on a helmet, it has to be flipped backwards so that the control box is on the back of the head. It's easy to get to the back just below the helmet to pause it, turn it on and off, adjust the volume, and scroll through tracks. However, wearing it upside down will mute the microphone. It would be great if Cozy put the controls on the back of his head instead of his head (which also looks silly). The sound is at best suitable for music, but it is pleasant and loud, making it suitable for outdoor sports. For sleep, I wish the lower volume settings were more responsive. I would like to be able to barely hear while falling asleep, but the volume drops to a fairly loud level (in complete silence), then the next decrease becomes inaudible. Chinese English Accent!
