Perfect for Los Angeles weather

Have been using this spruce indoors and outdoors for a few weeks now. The neck fan is easy to use. With daily use for several hours, the charge lasts for several days. There are three levels, all relatively quiet. I used it on work calls on low settings and people on the other end couldn't hear it. The only downside for me right now is that it's stiff, so you have to use some pressure to get it around your neck, which is the 'standard' size. Charging is quick too.
