I have naturally greasy hair. I also suffer from dandruff and have had to use my head and shoulders for years. I stopped using H&S because I felt it thinned my hair. When I stopped my dandruff came back with a vengeance! I started this a week or more ago. I've heard ACV is great for almost everything. Today my dandruff is almost gone. It didn't take me long to notice the quality of the hair strands, but my hair and scalp are much cleaner and healthier! Smells good, like apples. I wish the bottles were bigger but for now I think it's worth it!
