If you've ever worn a pair of Nike Free or similar lightweight shoes, you'll love these. I'm very used to wearing Nike shoes and love the light feel, but after reading some negative reviews about these shoes here I was a bit concerned. I'm certainly glad I didn't let them cloud my mind. Some people have complained that their feet hurt after running, but note that Nike specifically stated that these shoes are NOT designed for long-distance runs - no more than 2-3 miles. . The shoe is made of a very light material and is designed to fit snugly around the foot. I really never want to take it off, it's so comfortable!
