Now. The product itself is great but I have very thick super curly hair and I was expecting the bristles to be firmer and less plush. It's great for my boyfriend who has straight slightly wavy hair but for my tangled thick strands it just sweeps up. Other than that, this is an amazing brush if you have straight hair and need a quality brush. But for curly or thick hair. I wouldn't expect much.
