I was going to deduct a star because there were no instructions for the blue blocking test kit that came with it, but instead decided to share it here after searching the internet. The glasses come with a test card and a small flashlight. They shine a bright blue light on the map and it leaves a temporary "burned" spot. When you shine the flashlight through the glasses at the map, it leaves no burn marks, proving that the lens blocks blue light.
