Android TV boxes have become quite complex. And the competition between the boxes is pretty tough now. The choice of KM2 over other boxes was based on user feedback on Revain and other platforms. We highly recommend KM2. Installing the box was relatively easy, with one exception. This updated device comes with a hybrid remote control. It has both Bluetooth and IR so it can control the box and your TV. The installation of the box went smoothly. I couldn't connect the remote to the TV at all. After each attempt, an error message appeared on the screen. Browsing through the error message revealed that others may be having the same issue, so I've left it alone for now. Downloading apps to the box was easy with Google Play. Sideloading other apps was also relatively easy with Downloader. In general, the attachment worked well. The picture quality is excellent on all streaming services. The sound was just as good. What I didn't like was the lack of remote control functions. The main issue was the lack of a pause/play button. This was fixed by installing Button Mapper from the Play Store. After disconnecting and reconnecting the box to force the update, the remote control issue was resolved. The box recognized my TV and let me proceed with the setup. There were no more problems. Games are an issue as the OS is incompatible with many if not most games on the Play Store which is a shame as it is one of several reasons I bought the box in the first place. This is a good TV box and should last a few years.
