Works great. The sound quality is good and others can hear me well. A fixed cable is connected to the headset, and then a cable several meters long with a special connector at the other end. Supplied with 2 extension cords with 1/8" or 3/32" plugs on one end and mating with a special plug on the other. For this reason (no matter which extension you choose) there is a plug in the middle of the cable. It's very strong/stable but a little bulky. A little annoying and a little surprising. Otherwise it works great. Actually I bought a second one for the car.
