The inner metal plate that the silicone gasket attaches to is too small to stay securely attached to the silicone gasket. With VERY LITTLE USE, just wearing them will cause the pad to fall off the metal post and get your nose stung. You'll find yourself periodically this time looking for where the pad dropped and you'll find yourself putting on another new one until you've used them all, wasting your time and money over and over again. If that inner metal plate were twice the size, the silicone gasket would most likely stick to it and it wouldn't be easy to remove. I'm sure most of these 5 star reviews must be lies! If you don't believe me, buy them...then come back and add your regrets to this list. If you were my friend, I would forbid you to buy it.
