There are no instructions for this device. My hands work well and I can understand most things. Sending a message to support resulted in a vague response, like they really didn't care if they had customers or not. There are two (2) self-adhesive metal plates. I wrongly assumed that both plates should be used for the same device. You only need one. Two plates were put in the package, one for the tablet and the other for the phone. Nothing explains this. Also, they recommend attaching the plate to your tablet's carrying case, which isn't always possible. However, your image shows the plate attached directly to the tablet, which is a bit of a mixed message without the proper language to explain the options. I would give 5 stars but the support and lack of instructions pointed me in the direction of returning the device due to disappointment.
