Doesn't stick to t-shirts

Can't seem to get this vinyl to stick. I made three copies of this shirt. It won't stick if you use a heat press, won't stick if you'll use an iron, and won't stick if you'll use Cricut Easypress. The shine in the packaging was even worse. Wouldn't recommend it.

Some sheets won’t cut at all. Some cut ok on a deeper cut setting, some are normal.

Difficult to weed. Must keep it in light for it to glow.
