Seller's photos and description do not match this bag. There are 4 pockets in total. I knew about 3 of these but when I opened the main compartment of the bag there were 2 huge pockets which I was hoping for as I thought there was only one. Also, the 2 pockets on the outside of the case are big enough to fit my Galaxy S10 phone inside. The only drawback is the strap. One end came loose but I had bearings on the end and it was easy enough to fix. Therefore, I did not contact the seller because I like the product received. What would make this bag perfect is to add about 2 inches to make it longer and use more secure hardware to finish off the end of the strap or just sew the ends together.
