This set is so cute. My daughter is obsessed with the cartoon Sara and the Duck, which talks a lot about manatees. This pair comes attached but she wanted them to come loose as soon as she opened them. It was easy to detach by cutting the thread. A few weeks later I noticed that they were forming a whole inside and I'm not sure if this was because I had cut them apart or because of the design, but thought I'd point out to be careful need (as I thought ) when disconnected.
