Only 1 speaker in a 2 pack worked

As others here have complained. . . One speaker worked well while the other had intermittent contact when the cable was attached to the back of the speaker. If you press lightly on the shrink tubing on the connector, the speaker will work, but as soon as you remove your fingers, it stops working. Had contacted Kicker to see if they would try to keep me as a customer. I will update later.
