It took me a while to understand the instructions. You can be a bit more detailed. I've seen reviews of the door not closing and I had the same issue, then I switched the bar from the top to the bar tucked in and tucked under the bottom and the doors work great. This detail should be explained in the instruction which part is connected to connect the door. I have high heels and they only fit if I remove the shelf, but I needed enough space for about 50 pairs of shoes, so I was able to fit 3 pairs of heels into a cube by putting a couple of heels across the back of the cube. . This is by no means a great piece of furniture, but it is an effective solution to an organization problem I was having.
