Review on Efficient Citrus Juicer: BLACK+DECKER 32oz, White CJ625 by Pat Allen

I bought this product to replace a Braun juicer I've been using for about 20 years - it still worked great but I wanted the juice tank, that this product offers. I used it once and everything worked "good". The pulp screen is very inefficient. If it is fully open, there will be too much pulp and even small seeds in the juice. Even a little closed, and the juice doesn't get into the jar well - it floods the top of the juicer. The "Auto Reverse" feature works about 50% of the time. For the price I paid I found it worked well. Until I pulled it out to use a second time and the cake filter got stuck in the closed position, wouldn't budge. Car left to decay. I contacted product support and was told they would offer me a partial refund after the return period (5 weeks from receipt). I understand that Revain is not responsible for warranty items so it was nice that they did. Luckily I never got rid of my trusty Brown. Black and Decker is now in the trash.
