Review on Premium Frozen Water Line Tool - Water Line Buddy: Quick and Easy Refrigerator Water Dispenser Unfreezing Solution by Draven Invert

As I have a common problem that everyone else has posted about the water line freezing and I'm tired of pulling the hair dryer around the I discovered this little gadget while looking for a solution on Youtube. I couldn't wait to receive it. I ordered it on Friday and received it on Monday. Very happy with the fast delivery. I read a lot of reviews before ordering and just knew this was the solution. Unfortunately it isn't. At first the line had 2/3 breaks or scratched spots on the line but I tested it and it still held water. The problem is that the line is so thin it can't pull more than 3-4 inches of line into the spout. When I tried to push the water through, the water in the tube spilled back out of the dispenser making a mess so I stopped. There is still no water. My solution: I took a syringe that the pharmacy gave me (see attached picture) a few years ago and filled it with hot water. With no line attached, I just insert the end of the syringe into the dispenser tip. No kickback from water. I took the weed rope and slipped it through the ice dispenser. (I saw the weed head in a YouTube video.) The weed line is stiffer. After using my no line method I had water about 3-4 times. And today I still have water. Conclusion: I am very disappointed with the product. It just didn't work for me.
