Unfortunately it didn't help at all for me. I tried as much product as could fit on my nail and waited over 10 minutes and did nothing. I repeated the process 3 times, in fact I feel like it makes it stick better to the nail because I went back to what I used to do, I was pulling them out with my clippers and it was very hard. The last picture shows the places where I still can't remove it after an hour of trying with wire cutters, nail file, electric nail file. Sorry I don't like leaving bad reviews but I just had to.
