Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.
I took a Core i5 3570K to replace it, there just became few SATA III outputs, and even on my mother 1 PCI-E. Now I put a stone on ASUS Z170-K + Intel 400Gb 750 Series PCI-E, in fact the money is in ., but for 1155 mat. There are no more normal boards. I don't play games, so it's hard to judge.
