Helped a little and can be used more than once. In truth it's not a panacea, if you have sensitivity from the chips the sensitivity stays (it just dulls it a bit). The best results are obtained when visiting the dentist. But I found it useful while waiting for the dentist to fix the green stick crack on my tooth. I think most people will only buy it for small chips on the enamel and those that handle it seem to be very good. I had one on another tooth (damage to the enamel) and the sensitivity in that area had almost gone after using this product. Considering how irritated both of my teeth were every day, it was physiologically helpful to think I was helping to restore them until I got to the dentist (one of them is a broken green rod and the other is just enamel damage). Final Notes: I found Sensodyne with Novamin. Repair & Protect Toothpaste is just as helpful, if not more so, as it can be used on a daily basis. You might also want to consider toothpaste instead. Sensodyne with the ingredient Novamin is not sold in US pharmacies, you must specifically purchase it online. I found 3 packs of this toothpaste at Revain when I bought Biorepair at the same time. Good luck with your dental problems, I know it's no fun.
