I bought this mouse (and another from the same company) about 6 or 7 months ago. The assembly was easy, the battery held EVERYTHING and I was completely satisfied. I had problems with this about a month ago, but my return window passed with Revain. I emailed INPHIC directly and received a very quick response. After describing my situation, they apologized for the defective item and immediately offered a free replacement mouse with very fast delivery.
