This version of Fixodent glue holds much better; lasts all day! However, the nozzle tip is too wide and leaves large drops of product, which requires patience to use the nozzle to spread the drops in a thinner layer over the entire surface of the prosthesis. If the product had a thinner tip it would be just perfect! Update after a few months: This product is so effective that you need the smallest amount possible! Initially I used reg Strength Fixodent Plus in bulk to keep a loose upper denture in place. This new, more robust version requires maximum ease of use. By using too much, I was unknowingly causing damage to the upper palate, bleeding, perforation, stomatitis, etc. My dentist insisted I use less. Now I only use a tiny fraction of the original amount, my mouth has healed, my dentures stay in place all day long!
