Review on 16g Elegant Tribal Spiral Faux Gauge Acrylic Ear Tapers Faux Plugs Horn Stud Earrings by Kenny Stephens

This is actually the second time I order them. I ordered these last year because I love the chunky look of my padded clothing style, but I can't commit to measuring my ears either. I lose earrings like crazy so I really liked them because they were screwed on. Unfortunately I lost a couple of pairs (as is usual with earrings) and the last two had trouble unscrewing the screws and didn't hold up. Since I have to exchange the earrings anyway, I thought nothing of it and ordered another full package with 11 pieces. But when they arrived they were now sorted in pairs into smaller packets and one large packet (which would probably help me keep track of them), and this time they contained additional items. I suspect they received feedback on the broken screws and offered a replacement to extend the life of the product. I'm smart so I probably won't have a problem replacing a broken screw, but it would probably be nice to include instructions as they improve the product. In any case I'm really impressed with this level of customer care and despite the handy packaging I will buy from them again if I eventually lose them all (because I know I will).
