Absolutely impossible to use this product without getting burned or burning your hands. You must use 2 hands to attach the colander to a pan as the clamps only move about 1/8 inch apart. You then have to fish the strainer out of the liquid in the pot, increasing the risk of burns. And there is a gap between the inside edge of the strainer for liquid to spill out when you try to use it. PLEASE DO NOT buy this item!
