I ordered two pairs of similar heels right before a trip to Vegas. I really wanted to wear heels and feel cute. My boyfriend and I walk a lot in Vegas so it hasn't ever been practical to wear heels. But I was determined since it was going to be hot and a dress was necessary. I ordered two pairs, from different listings, so that hopefully one of them would seem comfortable enough for at least a couple hours of Vegas "hiking".Thankfully, these heels were not only comfortable but they looked exactly like the picture. Classy nude with a hint of sparkle. Not tacky at all. The footbed is padded and the soles aren't too slippery.The other pair I ordered weren't even the right texture let alone the right color. So I am very happy that these ones were perfect.I wore these heels for about 4 hours the first round. Normally with heels I really feel it in the balls of my feet. That was not the case with these. Unfortunately, I tightened the ankle strap too much at first because I thought it would make them more secure but they ended up digging into my ankle bones and caused the dreaded hot spots. I loosened the ankle strap and at first it felt a little too lose but it was no longer rubbing so I stuck it out. After 10 minutes they didn't feel too loose anymore and I comfortably walked at a brisk pace the rest of the time.Now anyone who has worn high heels while walking/dancing a lot knows that once you take heels off it is absolute torture to put them on again until your feet have had a day to recover. That wasn't the case with these. I was able to take them off in the room and put them on again when we went back out and I swear they were even more comfortable the second time around.The only adjustment I would make would be to add some moleskin on the inside heel part to prevent rubbing when speed walking. But other than that these have officially become my go-to nice heels.
