9 " isn't 9 " in my review

Oddly, I bought this to be an ankle bracelet and I love how it looks. A bold statement to say the least for an otherwise normal guy, whatever that means. I bought the 9" version of the bracelet, but it is 9" only before you close it up by inserting one end into the other then it is about 8 5/8". A little tight, but it made it.
