Bought this watch as a gift for my daughter (11 years old). After a few months of regular use (she didn't even wear it to swim) it started to fog up. I have followed the process of sending it in for repair under the one year warranty listed on this site but have had no messages or hours back and it has been over a month now. There's no phone number to call and no website to contact, so it looks like I'm close to $43 right now. UPDATE: Shortly after I posted the above review, the watch *actually* came back from "repair". Unfortunately it still fogs up from regular use (e.g. in the shower) and the returned watch was billed at $8 (apparently the cost of the 'repair'). So I spent about $8 to send it in for repairs, mailed a $7 check along with the watch as per the repair instructions, and was billed an additional $8. Anything to get back a clock that doesn't work. better than it was when i posted it (except the indiglo feature that stopped working is now working again). So disappointing. Especially for my daughter. I would be happy to contact Timex directly about this!
