The support team is very helpful when I have any questions or issues related to our product usageBtss has been supporting us for quite some time now so we can say that they provide great customer service which makes it easy as well! Nothing really bad about this software but sometimes there could be slight delay while loading data into database from Excel file if you select multiple records at once (i think its because excel files might not contain all required columns).

There's nothing much i dislike right know though their pricing structure seems bit high compared what others offer out here like Sage etc., however considering how long btss was around before getting acquired by another firm may justify why price tag looks higher than average market rate - Overall good experience till then point where other firms came along offering better deals/pricing structures- Good tool overallGood value propositionOverall best fitWhat else would one need?
