I've long had problems with dry, cracking heels especially in summer, but no more after buying these. I purchased 2 pairs of these almost two months ago and my feet have been completely crack free for a month now.What I did was first spend some time and effort sanding off some of the dry, calloused skin and then started using a pair of these about 5 nights per week usually applying some miracle heel stick first. It didn't take long at all to start seeing results and within 3 weeks my feet were in great shape. I have worn them under shoes during the day but have found for me, night time wear is adequate and prolongs product life. (Less wear and less needed washing) I'm just shy of 2 months on a single pair so find them quite cost effective.I rarely give a five star, but the combination of effectiveness, ease of use and low cost rate a five star for me.
