Bad quality Wrong product

I return to the customer and have been using it for many years. Anyway... very disappointed at this point. The product didn't come in a gift box, the skin around the eyes was very irritated, the eyelashes started falling out! The price was very attractive, probably the cheapest I could find, but this product is definitely not of this quality and I would not buy it again.
