When I ordered these shorts, I had an issue with the seam on the bottom pulling out the first time I worked out. I worked with customer service to resolve the issue. I believe I just had a faulty pair because since getting another set, I have had no further issues with the shorts. I love the length of the shorts and that there are pockets on both sides for my phone and keys. I definitely recommend these shorts for comfort, length, and for being practical. I also appreciate the customer service and willingness to make things right in a very polite and professional manner. I would do business with them again.
