It's ok but if you have a few small scratches from your dog or cat I would recommend the larger size. It spreads like a paste and has a small applicator at the top. It was too thick for my cream sofa. I've also tried colored pencils and just hated them because you keep mixing and I could never get the right color. Too much effort. On the other hand, the larger size is a liquid that pours very easily and dries quickly. I used a smaller bottle to fill in some of the deeper cuts and also applied Locite Clear Super Glue which is flexible and conformable. Then I applied Angelus Bone Paint with a soft cloth. It dries quickly, 5-10 minutes, so you can immediately apply a second coat. With a pie this size, it was obvious I was trying to hide something.
