Good Brand: Oral Care

I used to use this brand AZ Smile. I can 100% say it has never irritated my teeth or gums and has worked great for me. I put it on my teeth and try to keep it off my gums. Then I use my blue light - usually for 45-60 minutes. I then rinse my mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after the treatment. When I'm not using it I keep it in the fridge to keep it as fresh as possible. This is the brand I used so I trust it.
