I love this item. It works great. The holder fits in my front or back pocket very well and is flexible so that I can sit down with it in my back pocket very comfortably; sitting with it in my front pocket is not as comfortable, but not painful. I have found that a few of the card slots have become "sticky", but since it's in my pocket whenever I am out and about, it's expected; it's not too difficult to remove the cards when this happens, but since the plastic is clear, I just have the cashier scan the card through the plastic and I don't have to remove the card (store rewards card with bar-code or qr code).Over the past few months, I've subjected this holder to a moderate to heavy amount of use and it has held up very well. Only one slot completely failed and that was because of the (size of the) spare key I had in it (large FOB for car key); a piece of clear packing tape fixed that. Only one other slot has torn, but only 2-3 mm - and that holds my most frequently used card.The snaps and grommets have held up beautifully, even under such heavy use. Out of 90 slots, only 18 remain unused. I place all of my receipts in-between the various pages with no problems and the snapped strap holds everything in with no fear of the receipts falling out.As for the "floppy" leather cover, it has retained its shape very well. For my use, I prefer the cover to be soft as it makes it easy to sit on when it's in my back pocket and not painful when in my front pocket. The leather inside and out is still in excellent shape.Overall, this product has exceeded my expectations and I expect it will hold up for quite some time.
