I really like the steam release diverter because it keeps the steam from my instant pot from going upwards and instead outwards. It seems well made and sturdy. So far it has worked very well. I would suggest to somebody using it for the first time to have a towel over it because you're so used to the steam going upward that you don't realize the seam is about to start coming out straight and sometimes it's at you based on how the instant pot is situated on the counter.
