I love making coconut jam and standing on the hot stove for two hours stirring each time is very tiring. I've been looking for a mixer that can do the first part of the mixing while I prepare other things and I've finally found it! I am glad that I chose the SAKI automatic stirrer. More recently I've used it to stir a pot of chopped pineapple - for making pineapple tarts. I don't have to keep stirring to keep it from burning. SAKI helped mix the first 1.5 hours and I spent about half an hour on it as it's too thick now and I also don't want the mixture to burn. In general, I am satisfied with SAKI's work.
