I really wanted to like this product; It has the long cord I needed, the layout was perfect for the large plugs I had, and the fact that I could control my electronics with 4 separate on/off switches was amazing (some of my devices like a fan , do not turn on / off and always work when connected to the network). While this provides power, it will ALWAYS provide some power even when your electronics are off. For example, on one side I had a fan. On another separate track I had a computer. Every time I turned my fan on or off, the mouse and keyboard lights would blink, even if the switch my computer was plugged into was off. Other power adapters will glow with electricity even when their power button is on. (Note: even if the power supply is glowing with energy, it should be minimal as the unit won't turn itself on until you toggle from off to on.) Such a great cable length and a great idea, but horrible execution since I Was expecting this to act as 4 independent surge protectors, but they are all connected in some way. If I hadn't disposed of my box, I would have returned this item.
