I've never been able to get it to actually make a dent in my hair but I don't blame the device because it's supposed to heat and tingle the hair follicles just like that and I have other systems tried with the same results. I have very thick body hair, although it responds to many hair removal creams and other removal systems that don't require direct removal such as hair removal. B. shaving and waxing, does not respond. If you have hair like this, this system may not be for you. Don't blame the system though - I test to confirm it's genetics that work and buying other systems won't make a difference. My hair just sucks! Lol It took a while to learn the controls.
