An unattractive product, an unprofitable purchase.
Experienced disappointment. This model has become our second Nespresso machine. It was especially disappointing to buy "at a promotion for 7990", and a week later the boutiques put up this model on the same conditions, but already for 3990. Actually, we got the impression that 3990 is the red price of this model. Also very disappointing is the Nespresso service and their attitude towards their customers. One gets the impression that the brand decided to step into the mass market with all the consequences.
- Previously, they considered the speed and simplicity of making coffee to be an advantage, but now technology has stepped forward and this will not surprise anyone.
- 1) The sales floor manager assured us that this is a super quiet coffee machine, it is not. 2) Nespresso capsules only. No others. Nothing to replace. 3) The taste of coffee is very different from coffee from machines with Original capsules (we have both, so we compared). The taste is much richer, for us even too much. Most flavors are either very bitter or sour. And even those who shouldn't. Lovers of rich flavors with bright sourness or bitterness should like it.
