I've had my 4th duvet for over 3 years (39 months). Of course I love the duvets otherwise I wouldn't buy them again but for the price you pay they really should last more than 10 months. The problem is that one side always stops working. I wasn't aware of the company's one-year warranty, or maybe I wouldn't need to replace it at my own expense, but I've read that the company doesn't honor their warranty very well. I paid extra and bought an extended warranty with my latest replacement (because I know from my experience with my 3 previous duvets they stopped working in about 10 months) so we'll see what happens. Still the softest electric blanket with the most temperature settings on the market. I just really want her. You know they worked.
