I feel like I paid too much for this. They don't cost $130 or $100. It's a slight upgrade over the $50 Hyper X Stinger. They are absolute junk music. - For music or movies, they are rubbish. Hyper X Stingers are better. - Low frequencies are a joke even for open cans. - For some reason, high frequencies are also absent. But for games (I mainly play COD Warzone and Apex) they are pretty good. + The microphone works very well and has a longer range than most gaming headsets. + The mids are damn close to perfect. + Pretty good at identifying where sounds and enemies are presented. They're never hot.+ The fold-down mic to mute is a good thing. (not sure how long the switch lasts) + The open back allows you to hear people in the room with you, doorbell, phone etc. If I had the box and packaging I would return it and buy a Philips SHP9500 and add a mod mic. and even save a few dollars. Basically if you just play them you will be happy. Not even worth it for half the price.
