It was good until it lasted 9 months when I left it plugged into the charger next to my desk. Luckily, it worked when I first popped in a T-Mobile prepaid SIM card sold for use in the US. To keep track of the data usage shown on the tiny screen, it took me many months to figure out how to reset the counter to zero when I switch to a new SIM card. Go to the main menu and click on the 'Reset' button in the lower right corner. . OR click the Router tab and then click the Restart button. Turn off this router, plug it back in and the meter will show around 3600B and then gradually increase to MB and GB as you surf the web. If it doesn't reset to something close to zero, repeat the reset button process as outlined. Paying $50 for 9 months usage is expensive so I've now upgraded to a pluggable USB router which I got for $27. There is 4G but doesn't show LTE. Despite this KuwFi router displaying LTE on a tiny screen, I still couldn't get fast internet and squirted out very often when watching YouTube movies or just CNN video news. I was willing to pay $50 just because it was difficult to find a router that would work flawlessly on a US T-Mobile SIM without having to set up other brands. This is because most routers in the US use AT&T cards by default and few smart people know how to configure them to work with SIM cards from other carriers.
