I used to experience daily bouts of self-loathing due to a bizarre lack of good timing. When you kneel in front of Lego and count your mistakes, you have to do it with military precision. Thanks to this no-frills, no-fuss kitchen timer, I know my inner eternity of agony is in the half hour between shoving unpaid bills in the closet and posting my beleaguered cat on Instagram. The magnet is so secure it will hold four layers of folded CVS receipts! The salesman seems to care more about my happiness than anyone I've ever dated, so I know that in this nightmarish merry-go-round of looming environmental disasters and caricatured evil reality TV presidents, there's a part of my life that is I can almost certainly control. I wish sometimes it wouldn't beep every time you add a minute, but I think it'll come in handy if I ever lose track of being stuck in some hellish dreamscape à la "Start". Definitely recommend.
