I have a 6 year old cockatiel and like to rearrange the toys in his cage every few weeks. Some of his old hanging toys are showing some wear and I was looking for something new. I saw this "food wall" from LifeIdeas and decided to give it a try. This is my first item from this brand. My bird says everything works! The toy arrived in a fairly small box. The wall appeared to be folded inside the box, and it took some effort to unfold it. Even after I hung it up, it took 3 or 4 days to fully unravel. This toy should definitely be hung on the cage wall, not the ceiling. Plastic brackets make it easier to attach to the cage. Just rotate the rings cutout to prevent the toy from falling. Please note that the product description specifies triangular temples with narrow cutouts. The one I got has round hangers with rather large cutouts. My bird got used to it quickly. It bites on various hanging elements and I can see it climbing over pieces of algae. It looks like it will last at least a few months as I don't see any wear or breaks after the first two weeks of regular use. This is a good option for a cockatiel cage. I recommend it.
