Yes the product works but the design is terrible. The primer tip is at the end of the tubing. So you either need two people or long arms to start refueling. My old one had a filler ball about a foot down from the suction tube and then a hose that went to the bucket. I had to cut the hose in half and put the primer closer to the top. You can also buy another piece of short tubing if you don't want to cut the tubing or need a longer length. To update. I have had this floor cleaner for 2 years now. At this point, it's basically completely broken down. The plastic parts on the primer ball have come loose and the hose has worn out where it sometimes slips. I had some annoying messes on my hands from the hose falling apart during use. If less than two years is enough for you, then this hose is for you. I highly recommend giving up and spending the extra money on a quality gravel cleaner rather than wasting your time on these cheap models that need modification or are short lived.
